OrkaApps ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website OrkaApps (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Platform"). Protecting your personal information is important to us. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that some information may be retained in our backup systems for a certain period of time before it is completely deleted. Additionally, we may retain certain information for longer periods if required by law or if we believe it is necessary to establish, defend, or exercise our legal rights.

8. WappGrow Android app

The full privacy policy for WappGrow by OrkaApps Private Limited is at orkaapps.com/wappgrow-privacy. Effective date: 11 October 2026. In short:

  • Account. Your name, email address, mobile number, and password, so you can sign in. The password is used only to authenticate you.
  • Contacts. If you allow contact access, the app looks up the display name of one phone number in your device address book so a call can be labeled. It does not copy your whole address book. Contacts you save in WappGrow (name, phone number, and the details you enter) are stored for your organization.
  • Phone numbers. If you set WappGrow as your call screening app, it reads the incoming caller's number when the call arrives. It does not read your call history, and it never blocks, silences, or rejects a call. If you skip call screening, the number is not collected and you can pick a contact or type it. After the call ends, you can save that number as a lead. It does not record call audio.
  • Messages. WhatsApp messages you send and receive in WappGrow, including the phone number and message text, are stored for your organization and passed to Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) so the message can be delivered.
  • Notifications. If you allow notifications, the app shows follow-up reminders and call prompts on the device.

We do not sell this information. The app does not show advertisements. You can ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it by emailing hello@orkaapps.com. See also our data deletion policy.
